Description

You will develop and maintain stable, high-performance software solutions for existing products, providing technical leadership and mentoring.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop and support software solutions using .NET and C#.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues to ensure system reliability.
• Guide and train less experienced engineers to foster technical growth.
• Partner with Product Management to consult on solution feasibility and effort estimation.
• Analyze requirements and determine technical solutions using Agile methodologies.

Required Skills

• 5-9 years of experience in software product development.
• Proficiency in .NET and C# for building scalable solutions.
• Experience with SQL performance troubleshooting and tuning.
• Strong understanding of OOP, design patterns, data structures, and algorithms.
• Practical experience with Agile development methodologies.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Visual Studio, Azure DevOps, or Jira.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into non-technical terms for stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• 1+ year of experience serving as a technical team lead.
