Description

You design, develop, and troubleshoot secure production code for complex financial applications, owning the full software lifecycle from architecture artifacts to continuous improvement.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Execute software solutions including design, development, and technical troubleshooting beyond routine approaches.
• Create secure production code and maintain synchronous algorithms with appropriate systems.
• Produce architecture and design artifacts for complex applications while ensuring design constraints are met.
• Analyze large, diverse data sets to drive improvements in coding hygiene and system architecture.
• Contribute to engineering communities of practice exploring emerging technologies.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of applied experience in software engineering.
• Strong proficiency in Java development.
• Hands-on experience with SQL and Oracle Database.
• Proficiency with IBM MQ and JMS for messaging.
• Experience with SWIFT standards and Git version control.
• Practical knowledge of Jenkins, Agile methodologies, and CI/CD pipelines.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with modern front-end technologies or cloud platforms.
• Familiarity with SoftwareAG webMethods, Alliance Messaging Hub (AMH), or ISO 15022/20022 standards.
