Good to Have Skills: Aura Components, MuleSoft, Informatica, Cloud Technologies, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, Database Querying Languages. Salesforce certifications including Platform Developer I & II, Administrator or Advanced Administrator, Application Architect or System Architect are preferred. Experience with integration tools and middleware platforms is valuable.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Execute software solutions, design, development, and technical troubleshooting with ability to think beyond conventional approaches.
• Create secure and high-quality production code and maintain algorithms that run synchronously with appropriate systems.
• Produce architecture and design artifacts for complex applications while ensuring design constraints are met by software code.
• Gather, analyze, synthesize, and develop visualizations and reporting from large, diverse data sets for continuous improvement.
• Proactively identify hidden problems and patterns in data and use insights to drive improvements to coding hygiene.
• Work on integrating Salesforce with other systems and platforms using APIs, middleware, and other integration tools.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers ensuring best practices in coding and development.
• Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality, adherence to standards, and optimal performance with automated testing practices.
• Identify and resolve technical issues and bugs in the Salesforce environment providing support and maintenance as needed.
• Create and maintain technical documentation for solutions including design specifications, user guides, and system architecture diagrams.
• Participate in project planning and management including estimating timelines, resource allocation, and tracking progress effectively.
• Ensure Salesforce solutions comply with security standards and regulations implementing necessary security measures and controls.

Experience Required: Formal training or certification on Salesforce concepts and 7+ years applied experience in Salesforce customization. Hands-on practical experience in system design, application development, testing, and operational stability. Experience in developing, debugging, and maintaining code in a large corporate environment with modern programming languages and database querying languages
