Responsibilities

• Design and build distributed systems to meet technical requirements.
• Analyze and improve the efficiency, scalability, and stability of backend services.
• Enhance code quality through rigorous reviews, testing, and controlled rollout procedures.
• Implement proactive system improvements using monitoring and deep analysis.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Proficiency in Python, C/C++, or Hack.
• Hands-on experience with Python, C/C++, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, or Java.
• Proven experience developing distributed systems.
• Strong understanding of backend system stability and scalability patterns.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
