You will develop and ship scalable, cloud-native software systems within an InsurTech environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and ship scalable, cloud-native software systems.
• Create and maintain cloud infrastructure using AWS, Kubernetes, and IaC.
• Lead architecture and design discussions and represent the team in cross-company decisions.
• Drive engineering best practices such as TDD and GitOps.
• Employ Machine Learning and Generative AI to improve user experience.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a software developer or system engineer.
• Strong programming experience in Java, Go, or Python.
• Proficiency in AWS and public cloud technologies.
• Experience with Containerization and Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of CI/CD systems and DevOps practices.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Experience applying Machine Learning to software systems.
