Good to Have Skills: Experience with modularization using SPM/CocoaPods/Carthage, shared libraries, scaling iOS codebases across teams, performance and stability tooling like Instruments and crash analytics, mobile security best practices including OWASP MASVS awareness, secure networking, certificate pinning, release strategies with feature flags and phased rollouts, operational readiness including runbooks and monitoring, mentoring engineers and improving delivery metrics.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and maintain iOS features using Swift and UIKit/SwiftUI, delivering high-quality user experiences across supported iPhone/iPad devices and iOS versions.
- Lead implementation for moderately complex initiatives including navigation flows, state management, offline/error handling and contribute to technical design decisions.
- Leverage enterprise-authorized AI coding assist tools within the work environment to improve code quality, delivery speed, and productivity across complex deliverables.
- Apply knowledge of tools within the Software Development Life Cycle toolchain, including enterprise-authorized AI-assisted development and automation capabilities to improve automation value.
- Integrate with backend services using REST/GraphQL, implement secure authentication flows, and ensure safe handling of local storage and network communications.
- Build and maintain automated tests including unit and UI tests and improve app stability and performance considering crash reduction, responsiveness, battery and memory optimization.
- Drive CI/CD improvements for iOS builds including build automation, lint/static checks, test automation, signing/provisioning, and release workflows.
Experience Required: 3+ years of applied experience in software engineering with formal training or certification on software engineering concepts. Strong hands-on iOS development experience with Swift and iOS SDK, plus modern architecture patterns
