Description

Own the development of AI-powered interviewing tools and automation systems that support Meta's global hiring infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance AI-powered interviewing tools and automation systems to optimize hiring infrastructure.
• Build frontend experiences using React and related frameworks for recruiters, interviewers, and candidates.
• Build and maintain backend services supporting interview scheduling, AI transcription, summarization, and automation workflows.
• Collaborate with AI/ML teams to integrate GPT-4o and other AI technologies for interview feedback automation.
• Write clean, maintainable code, participate in code reviews, and debug technical issues across the interview experience stack.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of software engineering experience.
• Proficiency in object-oriented programming languages: Java, C++, or C#.
• Experience with scripting languages: Python, PHP, or JavaScript.
• Proficiency with frontend frameworks: React, Vue, or similar modern JavaScript frameworks.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in iterative development environments.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently on complex technical challenges.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
