Description

Build and maintain AI-powered interviewing tools and automation systems to optimize global hiring infrastructure.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance AI-powered interviewing tools and automation systems.
• Build frontend experiences using React or Vue for recruiters, interviewers, and candidates.
• Maintain backend services for interview scheduling, AI transcription, summarization, and automation workflows.
• Collaborate with AI/ML teams to integrate GPT-4o and other AI technologies for feedback automation.
• Write clean, maintainable code, participate in code reviews, and debug technical issues.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of software engineering experience.
• Proficiency in object-oriented languages: Java, C++, or C#.
• Proficiency in scripting languages: Python, PHP, or JavaScript.
• Experience with frontend frameworks: React, Vue, or similar modern JavaScript frameworks.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams in iterative development environments.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently on complex technical challenges.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
