Good to Have Skills: Working proficiency across multiple software engineering disciplines including business analysis, development, testing, deployment, maintenance, and continuous improvement. Experience with Tableau, BusinessObjects, or similar visualization/reporting tools. Knowledge of Oracle Database architecture, data warehouse concepts, facts and dimensions. Experience with Test-Driven Development (TDD). Strong communication skills with experience coordinating development cycles and supporting project management efforts. Understanding of agile methodologies, CI/CD, Application Resiliency, and Security practices.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Execute software solutions, design, development, and technical troubleshooting with ability to think beyond conventional approaches.
• Create secure and high-quality production code and maintain algorithms that run synchronously with appropriate systems.
• Leverage enterprise-authorized AI coding assist tools to improve code quality, delivery speed, and productivity across complex deliverables.
• Apply knowledge of tools within the Software Development Life Cycle toolchain to improve automation value.
• Produce architecture and design artifacts for complex applications while ensuring design constraints are met by software code development.
• Gather, analyze, synthesize, and develop visualizations and reporting from large, diverse data sets for continuous improvement.
• Proactively identify hidden problems and patterns in data to drive improvements to coding hygiene and system architecture.
• Contribute to team culture of diversity, opportunity, inclusion, and respect within the agile development environment.

Experience Required: 3+ years of applied experience with formal training or certification on software engineering concepts. Hands-on practical experience in system design, application development, testing, and operational stability. Experience in developing, debugging, and maintaining code in large corporate environments with modern programming languages and database querying languages. Extensive experience with Business Intelligence reporting tools and Oracle SQL/PL-SQL including testing, tuning, and debugging queries and reports
