Design, develop, and maintain complex full-stack software solutions and features.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development, testing, implementation, and maintenance of complex components and entire features.
• Build non-functional monitoring capabilities and maintain security controls for production environments.
• Automate manual tasks and implement continuous engineering practices to deliver business value.
• Mentor less experienced teammates and oversee small teams on moderately complex projects.

Required Skills

• 6-7 years of .NET Framework and .NET Core experience.
• Strong knowledge of .NET Entity Framework.
• Proficiency in relational database design, SQL, stored procedures, and data modeling using Microsoft SQL Server.
• Experience with Git, Maven, Jenkins, or AzureDevOps.
• Hands-on experience with cloud technologies such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Deep understanding of how User Interfaces, backend code, and databases interact in complex technical solutions.
• Proven ability to write comprehensive unit and integration tests.

Preferred Skills

• Banking or financial services experience, specifically in Real Estate Lending.
• Experience with Service Oriented Architecture (SOA), Open API methodologies, or messaging systems like MQ and JMS.
