Description

You will design, develop, and maintain internal enterprise applications for finance, HR, and marketing.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Analyze existing systems and formulate logic for new functionality.
• Develop, test, debug, and maintain programs across enterprise environments.
• Create conversion plans, system implementation strategies, and user training materials.
• Recommend and enforce development and maintenance standards.

Required Skills

• 5+ years in a technical or analytical role, with 4+ years in programming.
• Proficiency in Mainframe technologies: COBOL, JCL, CICS, DB2, VSAM, and TSO.
• Experience supporting mission-critical enterprise systems, preferably in retail or grocery.
• Hands-on experience with Agile methodology and JIRA for project tracking.
• Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Proven ability to independently manage small to medium-sized projects.
• Familiarity with Application Systems technical support and Service Now.
