Description

You will design and build scalable software services for complex data collection and management systems.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain software services that enable efficient and scalable data collection processes.
• Design technical solutions that balance the needs of multiple data consumers.
• Participate in design reviews with peers and stakeholders to ensure correct architectural decisions.
• Review code with peers to provide and receive feedback on implemented solutions.
• Coordinate closely with team members and other engineering teams to raise overall productivity.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on software development experience.
• Strong proficiency in Python and Object-Oriented Programming.
• High-level expertise in Django and Django Rest Framework.
• Skilled in building web user interfaces with React.
• Strong understanding of UX design principles.
• Experience with relational and NoSQL databases.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.

Preferred Skills

• B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science or related field.
• Experience working in teams of data engineers.
