Description

You will build and ship features for the Talent app while maintaining and improving existing functionality.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Own projects end-to-end, from initial concept through delivery.
• Design, code, test, and iterate quickly on new features.
• Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Balance development speed with engineering best practices.
• Investigate and integrate new technologies to solve problems.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on software development experience.
• Solid experience with at least two backend technologies: Node.js, Python, or Java.
• Familiarity with modern front-end frameworks: React or Angular.
• Exposure to relational or document databases: Postgres, MySQL, or MongoDB.
• Strong ability to collaborate, give, and receive technical feedback.
• Curiosity about recruiting processes and connecting candidates with recruiters.
• Ability to learn and adapt to new technical challenges.
