Description

Develop and maintain software solutions within a product environment, owning the full development lifecycle from feature estimation to production support.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop and support software solutions for existing products using .Net and C#.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues and software defects.
• Partner with Product Management to estimate feature work and consult on solution feasibility.
• Guide and train less experienced engineers on technical tasks.
• Perform engineering-level testing and maintain thorough technical documentation.

Required Skills

• 5-9 years of experience in software product development.
• Strong proficiency in .Net and C#.
• Advanced SQL skills, specifically in performance troubleshooting and tuning.
• Practical experience with OOP, design patterns, data structures, and algorithms.
• 2+ years of experience with Agile development methodologies.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Visual Studio, Azure DevOps, or Jira.
• Strong analytical skills to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• 1+ year of experience serving as a technical team lead.
