Description

You will own automation and testing within an AWS data environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute automation frameworks using Java and Groovy.
• Test data workflows and storage using AWS Glue, S3, DynamoDB, and Redshift.
• Write and validate complex SQL queries to ensure data integrity.
• Collaborate with development and delivery teams to integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines.
• Manage version control and deployment workflows via GitLab.

Required Skills

• 6-8 years of IT experience with a focus on testing and automation.
• Proficiency in Java and Groovy.
• Hands-on experience with Python.
• Deep understanding of the Spock testing framework.
• Experience testing in AWS environments, specifically AWS Glue, S3, DynamoDB, and Redshift.
• Strong SQL query writing skills.
• Experience with GitLab and CI/CD processes.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with large-scale data testing architectures.
