Senior Software Engineer

Organization is looking for a Senior Software Engineer specializing in test to join our team within Stock Plan Services (SPS) Technology tasked with taking our market leading equity compensation platform to a global market.

The Expertise You Have

• 5+ years of relevant technical in test automation and software quality assurance.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in a technology related field (Computer Science, Engineering, etc.) required.
• Expertise is test automation frameworks, demonstrating a deep understanding of design, proficiency and coding skills.
• Hands-on experience with node JS frameworks for test automation including Playwright/WebDriver IO/Cypress using JavaScript or Typescript.
• Expert knowledge in Java, Python, Selenium, Karate and/or Cucumber for test development.
• Proficiency in DevOps tools such as Jenkins, Maven, uDeploy, Stash and other continuous integration and delivery tools.
• Strong working knowledge of Relational Databases, such as Oracle or Postgres.
• Experience with log monitoring tools like Splunk or DataDog and ability to write and complete queries for debugging and validation.
• Experience with PL/SQL and complex queries, including views, packages.
• Experience with UI and Microservices Architecture, including testing Restful API’s and Enterprise messaging, such as ActiveMQ or Kafka.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to troubleshoot effectively and work in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
• Collaborative mentality, capable of coordinating effectively with multi-functional team members across multiple locations.
