Description

You will build and maintain high-scale backend services in a distributed systems environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable, large-volume service architectures.
• Optimize Go code for performance, concurrency, and efficiency.
• Apply site reliability best practices, including monitoring and performance tuning.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers on best practices.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of backend software development experience.
• Deep proficiency in Go, including its concurrency model and standard libraries.
• Strong knowledge of algorithms, data structures, and system design.
• Experience building high-scale service architectures.
• Familiarity with monitoring tools and performance tuning techniques.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Exposure to Java, Python, C++, or Node.js.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with MySQL, DynamoDB, Scylla, Redis, or Elasticsearch.
• Knowledge of Kafka, Kubernetes, AWS, and CI/CD pipelines like GitLab CI or Jenkins.
