Manage Informatica workflows for sales compensation systems, ensuring data integrity and timely processing.

Responsibilities

• Support and maintain Informatica workflows for sales compensation and dependent systems.
• Perform root cause analysis on system defects and propose solutions with risk assessments.
• Develop, maintain, and optimize SQL queries and scripts for ETL processes.
• Execute data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights within the data warehouse.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in data analysis, ETL deployment, and data warehouse support.
• Proficiency with Informatica PowerCenter.
• Strong SQL development skills.
• Hands-on experience with Teradata and Oracle databases.
• Experience working in Unix environments.
• Strong analytical and logical thinking abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple objectives with competing resource demands.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Finance data analysis experience involving booking and revenue.
• Experience with Control-M for scheduling and GIT for version control.
