Description

You will work within the IT Security Team to implement and advocate for security best practices and standards like SOC-2.

Responsibilities

• Implement and advocate for security-related best practices and standards such as SOC-2.
• Analyze the threat landscape to identify and fix detection weaknesses.
• Investigate and respond to security alerts from internal and external sources.
• Create well-documented, automatically testable solutions and participate in peer reviews.
• Execute user stories as part of an agile team, participating in standups, estimation, and retrospectives.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience programming in multiple object-oriented or functional programming languages.
• Expertise in Azure cloud infrastructure deployment or similar.
• Deep knowledge of cloud access management, security settings, and authentication/authorization.
• Experience with compute security, container hardening, and image management.
• Ability to troubleshoot issues and work across different technical areas.
• Strong English communication skills for a professional environment.
• Capability to analyze complex problems and evaluate multiple data factors.

Preferred Skills

• Master's Degree in software development.
• Technical writing skills.
