Description

You will drive Salesforce implementations and manage CRM requirement transitions within a Scrum environment.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Salesforce teams to implement new projects and migrate customer data from legacy systems.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications using agile methodology.
• Develop customized Lightning Web Components using JavaScript on the client side and Apex on the server side.
• Manage deployments using Changesets, AutoRabit, and Workbench.
• Work under supervision to deliver solutions for various business divisions.

Required Skills

• Salesforce development and implementation experience.
• JavaScript for client-side component development.
• Apex for server-side logic.
• Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Lightning Design System (LDS) parameters.
• Experience with Changesets, AutoRabit, and Workbench for deployments.
• Agile/Scrum methodology experience.
• Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, IS, Engineering, or a related field with 6 months of relevant experience, or a Bachelor’s degree in the same fields with 5 years of progressive experience.
• Ability to travel or relocate to unanticipated client sites throughout the USA.
