Description

You will drive Salesforce implementations and manage CRM requirement transitions within a Scrum environment.

You will own the development, deployment, and migration of Salesforce solutions. You will translate business requirements into technical specifications and build custom components using Lightning Web Components and Apex. You will collaborate with teams to migrate customer data from legacy systems and manage deployments using Changesets, AutoRabbit, and Workbench. You will deliver solutions for various business divisions under supervision.

Responsibilities

• Implement new Salesforce projects and migrate customer data from legacy systems.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications using agile methodology.
• Develop customized Lightning Web Components using JavaScript on the client side.
• Implement server-side logic using Apex and manage deployments via Changesets, AutoRabbit, and Workbench.
• Collaborate with Salesforce teams to deliver solutions for various business divisions.

Required Skills

• Salesforce development and implementation experience.
• JavaScript for client-side component development.
• Apex for server-side logic.
• Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Lightning Design System (LDS) parameters.
• Experience with Changesets, AutoRabbit, and Workbench for deployments.
• Agile/Scrum methodology experience.
• Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, IS, Engineering, or a related field with 6 months of relevant experience, or a Bachelor’s degree in the same fields with 5 years of progressive experience.
• Ability to travel or relocate to unanticipated client sites throughout the USA.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AutoRabbit specifically for deployment management.
• Background in data migration from legacy systems to Salesforce.
