Good to Have Skills: Understanding of manufacturing back office operations, shop floor operation and trading companies' operation. Experience with HA/DR technologies, performance monitoring and optimization, incident management and root cause analysis. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to work under pressure in high-availability production environments.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Provide L2/L3 production support for IBM iSeries applications built in RPG, CL/CLLE and SQL on Db2 for iSeries.
• Monitor application health, system logs, and performance metrics to identify potential issues proactively.
• Analyze, troubleshoot and resolve production incidents within defined SLA timelines to ensure business continuity.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes or preventive measures for recurring issues.
• Support application deployments, hotfixes, and patches in production environments across multiple manufacturing facilities.
• Perform configuration changes and environment validation across Development, UAT, and Production environments.
• Coordinate with infrastructure teams on server, database, and network-related activities to maintain system stability.
• Communicate effectively with business users and stakeholders during incidents and outages including P1 and P2 incidents.
• Maintain production support documentation, runbooks, and standard operating procedures for knowledge management.
• Ensure compliance with organizational change management and security standards throughout all activities.

Experience Required: Minimum 5 years of experience in iSeries application development or support area. Willingness to work on-call or non regular hours in Asia time zone and travel for intensive training during initial 6-12 months.

Education: Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field, or equivalent experience
