Description

Design, build, and support enterprise software solutions within an agile environment. Own design decisions for new and existing application development and proactively escalate technical obstacles. Lead medium to large-sized projects and guide less experienced engineers through training and mentorship. Collaborate with Architecture, DevOps, and Product Management to evaluate tools, assess solution feasibility, and estimate effort. Develop, test, and troubleshoot software solutions across Windows and Linux environments to ensure they meet user requirements. Recommend technology adoption and framework improvements by analyzing industry trends and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Translate complex technical concepts into non-technical terms for stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 9+ years of experience designing, developing, and maintaining software in a product development environment.
• Expert-level proficiency in .NET, C#, SQL, JavaScript, and ASP.NET MVC.
• Hands-on experience with JavaScript frameworks such as Angular.
• 2+ years of experience building public cloud-native applications using AWS, Azure, IaaS, or Docker.
• 2+ years of practical experience working with Agile development methodologies.
• Strong understanding of OOP, design patterns, and data structures.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Visual Studio, Azure DevOps, or Jira.

Preferred Skills

• 4+ years of experience serving as a technical team lead.
