Description

You will design, develop, and maintain web-based applications for position and employee data management.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and publish application software based on conceptual, data, and technical requirements.
• Implement Azure DevOps processes for automated CI/CD pipelines.
• Create and document unit testing for all application software.
• Develop a strategic roadmap to execute data modernization efforts.
• Construct and maintain technical documentation, including specifications, data models, and user guides.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering.
• Expertise in C# and ASP.NET Core.
• Proficiency with Visual Studio (2019 or later).
• Experience with SQL Server (2017 or later) for OLTP data stores.
• Hands-on experience with Azure PaaS for cloud hosting.
• Experience with Azure DevOps for CI/CD.
• Implementation of Azure Active Directory authentication and authorization.
• Unit testing experience using xUnit.
• Working knowledge of Agile SCRUM development methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working directly with stakeholders and product owners.
• Familiarity with State of Oregon government agency processes.
