Description

You will build security products and automation tools for detecting phishing, malware, and API threats.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Build automation tools and REST APIs for security processes and web applications.
• Develop user interfaces for web-based tools using modern JavaScript frameworks.
• Analyze SAST/DAST scan data and logs to identify security gaps.
• Maintain high runtime performance for utilities to prevent developer blockers.
• Deliver code into production under stringent one-hour timelines within an Agile framework.

Required Skills

• 5-7 years of experience with a BSCS or 3+ years with an MSCS.
• 5 years of hands-on product development experience with web applications.
• Strong backend development experience using Java and Spring MVC.
• Proficiency in Node.js, React JS, or Angular JS for frontend development.
• Experience building and consuming REST APIs.
• Familiarity with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB or Hadoop.
• Working knowledge of Oracle or other relational databases.
• Experience working in continuous delivery roles using Agile sprints.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in the secure DevOps space.
• Knowledge of Python.
• Ability to deep dive into AppScan or Checkmarx scan data.
