Description

You will lead technical projects and drive the development of core payment and fee processing platforms.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of new features for Seller Payments and Fee Processing platforms.
• Migrate monolithic codebases to microservices-based architectures to support scaling.
• Implement technical solutions to ensure internal controls for SOX compliance.
• Design and implement software from inception to completion using appropriate tools.
• Mentor junior engineers through pair-programming and code reviews.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of software development experience.
• Expertise in C# with ASP.NET and .NET Core.
• Experience with RDBMS technologies including SQL Server and PostgreSQL.
• Experience with NoSQL stores such as Redis, MongoDB, and Elasticsearch.
• Hands-on experience with Kafka or event/stream processing mechanisms.
• Knowledge of AWS SNS/SQS, RabbitMQ, or AzureBus.
• Experience designing microservices within cloud-based architectures, preferably AWS.
• Proven track record working on high-volume, high-availability systems.

Preferred Skills

• Ability to work independently within geographically dispersed agile teams.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
