Roles and Responsibilities:

• Participate in user story grooming and produce technical/implementation design and API specifications as per standards.
• Develop backend services using Java and Spring Boot within a microservices architecture.
• Write clean code and unit tests using the project's testing approach and tooling.
• Raise technical issues and work with technical leads/architects to unblock development and meet sprint commitments.
• Investigate and fix defects from SIT/STUAT and support delivery of bug-free releases.

Skills Required:

• 5.5 - 8 years of relevant experience in backend development.
• Microservices development and service design.
• Spring Boot for building backend services and REST APIs.
• Unit testing and adherence to coding standards for maintainable code.
• API development and testing practices aligned with CI/CD build and deployment workflows.

Good to Have:

• Core Java fundamentals and strong Java 8/11 experience.

Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science Engineering or similar
