Description

You will build and maintain backend services and APIs using Java 21.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop backend services and APIs ensuring clean, scalable, and testable code.
• Implement ORM layers and manage relational data using Hibernate and MySQL.
• Design database schemas and optimize queries for performance.
• Build and maintain RESTful APIs for JSON-based data exchange.
• Diagnose and resolve issues across services, APIs, and database layers.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in software development.
• Strong proficiency in Java 21.
• Hands-on experience with Hibernate or similar ORM frameworks.
• Solid understanding of MySQL and relational database management.
• Experience building RESTful APIs and working with JSON data structures.
• Proficiency with Git for version control.
• Experience using Jira for task tracking in agile environments.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Configuration as Code (CaC) concepts.
