Description

You will design and implement cloud-native middleware services to support IoT connectivity and data processing.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable, fault-tolerant, and event-driven architectures using AWS services.
• Collaborate with product owners, architects, and cross-functional teams to scope and implement new features.
• Lead technical discussions, design reviews, and pull requests within a community of practice.
• Mentor junior and senior engineers to improve the technical capability of the middleware team.
• Manage offshore teams to develop features and reduce technical debt.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering and middleware development.
• Strong proficiency in Java, specifically Java SE, Java EE, JDBC, and Hibernate.
• Extensive experience with AWS services including Lambda, EC2, S3, API Gateway, CloudFormation, DynamoDB, and RDS.
• Proven expertise in designing and managing cloud-native, distributed systems and microservices.
• Deep understanding of object-oriented design, design patterns, and software engineering fundamentals.
• Experience working within Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Ability to drive best practices in AWS security, cost optimization, and cloud architecture.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
