Description

You will own production support for Java applications on OpenShift, ensuring high availability and rapid issue resolution.

Responsibilities

• Monitor application performance and maintain high availability for Java-based services.
• Troubleshoot production incidents, analyze logs, and perform root-cause analysis to resolve issues efficiently.
• Support deployment activities and coordinate with DevOps teams to ensure smooth releases.
• Collaborate with development teams to address defects and improve application stability.
• Maintain documentation for issues, fixes, and operational procedures following ITIL processes.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Java application support and production troubleshooting.
• Hands-on experience with OpenShift for application deployment, monitoring, and environment management.
• Strong understanding of application logs, debugging techniques, and root-cause analysis in production environments.
• Familiarity with Spring Boot applications and microservices architecture.
• Experience with incident, problem, and change management processes.
• Ability to work with CI/CD pipelines and support release activities.
• B.E. / B.Tech in Computer Engineering or related field (Any Graduate accepted).
