Description

You will design, develop, and deploy scalable applications using Java and Python, owning the full development lifecycle from requirements to production.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable applications using Java and Python.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver technical solutions based on requirements.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following engineering best practices.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing software applications.
• Participate in code reviews and document technical specifications.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of software development experience.
• Proficiency in Java and Python.
• Experience with Google technology stack: Google3, Piper, Blaze, Git5/G4, and Borg.
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles.
• Experience designing and developing RESTful APIs.
• Familiarity with frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and frameworks like Angular, React, or Vue.js.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure).
• Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies.
• Understanding of DevOps principles.
