Description

Design, develop, test, and support IVR applications in a modern cloud environment. You will lead and mentor developers within an agile team, ensuring high-quality code delivery through rigorous testing and quality control. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build solutions aligned with business goals. Troubleshoot and continuously improve existing IVR applications to optimize performance.

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop complex IVR applications using Java and Spring.
  • Implement speech-enabled IVR features using Genesys or Nuance frameworks.
  • Mentor junior developers and foster a culture of continuous learning.
  • Troubleshoot, support, and optimize existing IVR systems for performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with business strategy.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of hands-on Java and Spring development experience.
  • Experience with Speech-enabled IVR development using Genesys or Nuance Framework.
  • Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, Groovy, and VXML.
  • Experience supporting IVR systems and offshore support teams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a collaborative mindset.
