Description

Design, develop, test, and support IVR applications in a modern cloud environment.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain speech-enabled IVR solutions using Genesys or Nuance frameworks.
• Write and maintain high-quality code in Java, JavaScript, Spring, Groovy, and VXML.
• Troubleshoot, support, and optimize existing IVR applications for performance.
• Lead and mentor developers within an agile team to ensure continuous learning.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with business goals.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on Java and Spring development experience with complex applications.
• Previous experience with speech-enabled IVR development using Genesys or Nuance Framework.
• Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, Groovy, and VXML.
• Experience supporting IVR systems and offshore support teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a collaborative agile environment.
