What's the Job?

• Design, develop, test, and support IVR applications within a modern Cloud environment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create solutions aligned with strategic business goals.
• Ensure high-quality code delivery through rigorous development, testing, and quality control practices.
• Lead and mentor developers within an agile team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and teamwork.
• Troubleshoot, support, and continuously improve existing IVR applications to optimize performance.

What's Needed?

• Minimum of 5+ years of hands-on Java/Spring development experience with complex applications.
• Previous experience with Speech-enabled IVR development using Genesys or Nuance Framework.
• Proficiency in Java/JavaScript, Spring, Groovy, and VXML.
• Experience supporting IVR systems and offshore support.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset
