Design, develop, and support IVR applications in a modern cloud environment.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Build speech-enabled IVR solutions using Genesys or Nuance frameworks.
• Develop and maintain complex applications using Java and Spring Boot.
• Troubleshoot, support, and optimize performance of live IVR systems.
• Mentor junior developers and enforce rigorous code quality and testing standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with business goals.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on Java and Spring development experience.
• Experience with speech-enabled IVR development using Genesys or Nuance.
• Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, Groovy, and VXML.
• Proven ability to support IVR systems and manage offshore support workflows.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a collaborative mindset.

Preferred Skills

• Experience leading and mentoring developers in an agile team.
