Description

You will design, develop, and install software solutions to meet specific operational requirements. You own the full software development lifecycle, from architecture definition through implementation and maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Analyze system flows, data usage, and work processes to define technical solutions.
• Manage the complete SDLC, including requirements gathering, design, and deployment.
• Investigate problem areas and perform debugging to ensure system stability.
• Document technical solutions using flowcharts, diagrams, and clear code comments.
• Evaluate operational feasibility and recommend improvements to existing policies.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in Java or C++.
• Strong understanding of object-oriented design and design patterns.
• Experience with software testing, debugging, and documentation.
• Solid grasp of software development fundamentals and the full SDLC.
• Ability to analyze information and define technical requirements.
• Proven problem-solving and teamwork capabilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline, or 3+ years of professional experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience serving as a technical lead through all stages of the software development lifecycle.
• Knowledge of coding standards, code reviews, source control management, and build processes.
• Experience developing distributed, scalable systems and high-volume transaction applications.
