Facilitating daily standups, sprint planning meetings, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
Helping the Product Owner manage the product backlog effectively.

Shielding the team from external distractions and interruptions.
Coaching the team on self-organizing to fill in the intentional gaps left in the Agile/Scrum frameworks. ‍

Leveraging Agile tools Like Azure DevOPS/ JIRA to encourage and support continuous learning and improvement within the team.
