Description

You will drive team process and delivery as a Software Engineer.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate daily standups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Help the Product Owner manage the product backlog.
• Remove impediments and blockers hindering team progress.
• Ensure the team adheres to Scrum principles and practices.
• Liaise with stakeholders to improve visibility and clarity on team work.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of working experience.
• Proficiency with Agile/Scrum frameworks.
• Experience using Azure Devops.
• Experience using Jira.
• Familiarity with Product Owner responsibilities.
• Ability to coach teams on self-organization within Agile frameworks.
• Experience resolving team conflicts.
