Description

Facilitate Agile ceremonies, manage team impediments, and coach the team on Scrum practices to ensure continuous delivery and process improvement.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate daily standups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Remove impediments and shield the team from external distractions.
• Coach the team on self-organization and Scrum framework principles.
• Liaise with stakeholders to improve visibility and transparency.
• Resolve team conflicts and promote constructive disagreement.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Deep knowledge of Scrum Frameworks and Agile principles.
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps and JIRA.
• Proven ability to facilitate Sprint Planning Meetings and Sprint Reviews.
• Strong collaborative skills with stakeholder management experience.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
