Description

You will own the full software lifecycle for diagnostic and interventional cardiology devices, from concept through testing and release.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement software architecture for medical device systems.
• Write and maintain C++ code using Qt and Object-Oriented Design principles.
• Develop and execute software and test plans to generate quality reports.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product safety and performance.
• Apply OpenGL, CUDA, and computational geometry algorithms for GPU-accelerated features.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of software development experience, including medical device development.
• Proficiency in C++ and Qt programming.
• Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Design.
• Experience with Linux operating systems and full product lifecycle development.
• Knowledge of OpenGL, CUDA, and Nvidia GPU programming.
• Familiarity with computational geometry algorithms.
• B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science or related discipline.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with diagnostic or interventional cardiology devices.
• Background in embedded systems for regulated industries.
