Description

You will identify, train, and refine deep learning models to solve real-world problems from conception through deployment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Curate and maintain high-quality datasets for diverse industry use cases.
• Translate ambiguous domain needs into clear, actionable ML tasks with cross-functional teams.
• Manage MLOps practices, including containerization, model versioning, and production monitoring.
• Apply advanced ML and statistical methods to improve system performance and data accuracy.
• Conduct testing, debugging, and optimization of ML models for efficiency and scalability.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience as a Machine Learning Engineer or similar role.
• Fluency in .NET/C# coding.
• Experience with Databricks.
• In-depth knowledge of ML and deep learning principles, including model evaluation.
• Solid grounding in Data Structures and Data Modeling.
• Proven track record of shipping production-ready ML projects.
• Strong algorithmic and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with GitHub for code contribution and version control.
