Description

You will serve as the lead developer and subject matter expert for applications managing complex financial business processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement scalable solutions for large, cross-functional application projects.
• Provide guidance and oversight to quality assurance from code inception through production.
• Mentor peers and provide hands-on technical support to the development team.
• Collaborate with architects to define roadmaps, standardize processes, and drive documentation guidelines.
• Analyze and resolve technical issues using standard troubleshooting tools and techniques.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience as a lead developer or development manager.
• 5+ years of experience with CA Gen, COBOL, and Classic ASP.
• Technical knowledge of IBM Z-Server, CICS, JCL, and COBOL.
• Proficiency in DB2 for z/OS, Oracle, or similar relational databases.
• Advanced SQL proficiency and knowledge of relational database concepts.
• Hands-on experience with CA Gen workstation tools for web server, online, and batch procedures.
• Experience with CA Gen Com Proxy service.
• Development experience using VB and J-script within Classic ASP.
• Proven ability to conduct complex systems analysis and translate user requirements into business solutions.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Microsoft Visual Studio and .NET.
