Description

You will manage and execute integration activities across a large-scale environment of 40+ interfacing systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily stand-up calls with project and vendor teams to track development and deployment progress.
• Finalize and review technical documentation, including Interface Detail Design Documents (IDD), Field Mapping, and Solution Design Documents (SDD).
• Identify and mitigate risks in API and batch integrations by flagging errors or potential failure points.
• Coordinate with technical leads and off-site vendors to resolve integration gaps and manage issue closures.
• Analyze project plan variances related to integration line items and execute recommended alternatives.

Required Skills

• 3-5 years of experience in computer systems analysis, design, and programming.
• Proficiency with XML, JSON, and SOAP UI.
• Experience with SSH, SFTP, XML application protocols, and ETL processes.
• Strong knowledge of API design, management, and interface programming.
• Experience with scripting languages, API interfaces, and batch schedulers.
• Technical background in IT infrastructure, software development, access management, and IT security.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot and manage issues in multi-platform environments.
• Experience working with off-site development teams and vendors.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with cloud-native applications, serverless design, or AWS/Azure Cloud.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 or large-scale CRM transformation implementations.
• In-depth knowledge of consumer banking products and services.
