Description

Lead cross-functional engineering teams to deliver scalable software solutions, owning technical strategy, team development, and delivery metrics.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple development squads, handling hiring, training, and capacity planning.
• Drive technical vision, roadmaps, and architectural decisions for product features and refactoring.
• Oversee system designs, review code, and ensure compliance with secure development guidelines.
• Define and report on SLA, SLO, and SLI metrics in partnership with product and architecture teams.
• Mentor junior and senior engineers to close performance gaps and drive talent development.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of software engineering experience with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Proven experience leading the design and development of event-driven and RESTful API architectures.
• Hands-on expertise with Restful API, GCP, AWS, HTML, JavaScript, Angular, Bootstrap, and BigQuery.
• Experience managing technical teams and delivering complex software solutions at scale.
• Strong troubleshooting skills to resolve production and customer issues under pressure.
• Ability to create and deliver technical presentations to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience driving technical documentation, including support documentation and runbooks.
• Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholder relationships across product, business, and sales.

Preferred Skills

• Cloud Certification.
• Experience with batch processing and building big data systems.
