Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership for major projects and manage engineering teams across multiple locations.
• Define product strategy and manage large product budgets while coordinating cross-team efforts.
• Optimize code performance and mentor engineers to improve their implementation efficiency.
• Oversee deployment of complex software platforms across international sites.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Software Engineering and Embedded Systems.
• Strong background in Firmware Development and Software Optimization.
• Proven experience in Team Management and Technical Leadership.
• Ability to design and manage Large-scale System Design.
• Experience with Distributed Computing environments.
• Project Management skills for multi-location deployments.
