Description

You will develop and integrate chatbot platforms and use cases including ANN, ACS, RCS, and PTP.

Responsibilities

• Implement regex code in Node JS to encrypt and decrypt secured data to protect CPNI.
• Develop UI components and design CSS templates using Bootstrap for chatbot homepages.
• Build rich prototypes and applications using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, Ajax, JSON, and SQL.
• Manage React JS implementation including components, forms, events, router, animations, and Redux.
• Create and train agents and intents using Dialogflow.
• Develop software to process API files and interact with backend databases via RESTful API design.

Required Skills

• Nodejs, ReactJS, Java, and Dialogflow.
• Kore.ai and SQL Server.
• HTML, CSS, and Bootstrap.
• Experience with regex for data encryption/decryption in Node JS.
• Experience developing chatbot use cases (ANN, ACS, RCS, and PTP).
• Proficiency with Jira, Apigee, Visual Studio, GIT, Kafka, and Splunk.
• Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, IT, or a related field, or a Bachelor's degree with 5 years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience.
• 1 year of experience in chatbot platform development and related occupations.
• Willingness to travel or relocate to unanticipated US locations on short notice for extended periods.
