Description

You will design, develop, and maintain backend applications using Java and AWS services.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build and optimize microservices for performance, scalability, and security.
• Develop and deploy serverless solutions using AWS Lambda and Step Functions.
• Integrate applications with AWS components like API Gateway, DynamoDB, S3, SNS/SQS, and CloudWatch.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines following DevOps best practices to ensure smooth deployments.
• Troubleshoot and resolve performance and scalability issues in production.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software development.
• Strong proficiency in Java (Java 8+) and Spring Boot for building REST APIs.
• Hands-on experience with AWS Cloud services including Lambda, Step Functions, API Gateway, DynamoDB, S3, and CloudWatch.
• Familiarity with DevOps and CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab, or CodePipeline.
• Experience with distributed systems and event-driven patterns.
• Experience with unit testing frameworks, specifically JUnit.
• Knowledge of messaging systems such as Kafka, Kinesis, and SQS/SNS.
