Engineer AI agent systems, designing architectures and building LangChain-based solutions for advanced automation.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize AI agent architectures using Python and GenAI frameworks.
• Build, program, and deploy LangChain-based agents for advanced automation workflows.
• Develop and integrate MCPs or custom tools to extend agent capabilities.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to prototype GenAI solutions.
• Conduct research into emerging AI technologies and translate findings into features.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of hands-on engineering experience.
• Strong proficiency in Python for AI/GenAI development.
• Proven expertise building and programming LangChain agents, including workflow design.
• Experience developing MCPs or integrating custom tools into AI agents.
• Knowledge of AI/GenAI principles.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related technical field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with complex agent orchestration patterns.
• Background in distributed systems or large-scale data processing.
