Description

You will lead technical design and implementation for scalable, reliable global platforms while mentoring backend engineers.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement highly reliable, scalable, and extensible product platforms.
• Draft architectural diagrams, interface specifications, and class structures.
• Present cost/benefit analyses to leadership to shape architectural strategy.
• Mentor and lead backend engineers through hands-on implementation.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software development.
• Strong proficiency in Golang or Java.
• Experience with Spring, Spring Boot, and JPA/Hibernate.
• Proficiency in C++ and Unix-based shell scripting (Perl, Ksh).
• Deep understanding of data structures, design patterns, OOD, and SOA.
• Experience with REST, SOAP, IDL, gRPC, and API design.
• SQL query experience with Sybase, Oracle, or similar relational databases.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of cloud, service mesh, and container technologies.
• Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Proficiency in Python or JavaScript.
