Description

Design and maintain cloud-based microservices and distributed systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain cloud-based microservices using Java and Spring Boot.
• Build and implement REST API services and clients for distributed systems.
• Develop asynchronous messaging solutions using Kafka or similar technologies.
• Manage and process data using SQL databases like PostgreSQL or Snowflake.
• Package applications using containerization and manage CI/CD pipelines for deployment.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of software development experience.
• Strong proficiency in Java and Spring Boot.
• Experience with SQL and database technologies (PostgreSQL, Snowflake).
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools and automated deployment pipelines.
• Experience with unit and integration testing frameworks.
• Knowledge of containerization, infrastructure as code, and DevOps practices.
• Understanding of authentication, authorization, and security best practices.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working in Agile development environments.
• Experience building scalable and resilient distributed systems.
